A common snipe stands atop a weathered stone, where patches of lichen and moss cling to its rough surface. Perfectly camouflaged, the bird seems almost a part of the landscape—still, yet always watchful. Though often hidden, its presence is revealed by the eerie drumming of its tail feathers in flight, a sound steeped in mystery. Symbolizing secrecy and the unseen forces of nature, the snipe is a fleeting yet unforgettable sight in the wild.
