Processing Time:

  • All orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Custom commissions may take longer depending on the complexity and will be communicated directly with the client. Should there be any unforeseen delays in shipping due to customs, postal services, or other factors, these will be communicated to the client.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork.
  • All items are posted using courier service.
    • Baltic countries: delivery is offered with Omniva/DPD pacomats/courier and is expected to be 2-5 business days.
    • European Union: Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
    • International: Shipping times vary by destination, generally between 7–21 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • All shipments within the European Union are free from additional duties.
  • International orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary depending on your country’s regulations.

Packaging:

  • Each artwork is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Larger pieces or custom commissions may be shipped in specialized packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information within 3–5 business days, please contact us via contact form.

Return and Exchange Policy

We aim for 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
  • The artwork must be returned undamaged, in its original condition, including packaging.
  • Custom artwork and commissioned pieces are non-refundable

Damaged Artworks:

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement.
  • Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item, including photos of the damage and the packaging.
  • Once the damage is confirmed, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if necessary), and we will process a full refund or send a replacement piece if possible. Return shipping for damaged items will be covered by us.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, contact us at via contact form with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the artwork back.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
